Are you creative, well‑organized, and interested in both marketing and product development? Fresh Forward – an internationally operating Dutch company specialized in the breeding of strawberries and apples – is looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator. Your main focus will be on marketing and promotional activities, while also being involved in product development and gathering market insights.

Together with colleagues, you will help organize the introduction of new varieties to plant propagators, growers, traders, and retailers. You will maintain contact with commercial partners, including at national and international soft‑fruit fairs/events and field days, which you will also help organize. Coordinating trade fairs and events is part of your responsibilities, in collaboration with your colleagues from the Concepts team. You will also help create a marketing calendar and manage our social media channels.

What will you do?

• Support the introduction and promotion of new varieties to plant propagators, growers, traders, and retailers
• Create marketing materials such as product information, datasheets and promotional content
• Monitor the development of our varieties
• Manage social media and contribute to the marketing calendar
• Co‑organize and coordinate national and international trade fairs, events, and field days
• Actively contribute ideas on product development and market positioning

What do you bring?

• Education level: MBO/HBO (vocational or bachelor level)
• Affinity with the (soft) fruit sector is a plus
• Experience or strong interest in marketing and communication
• Willingness to travel and participate in (international) trade fairs
• Strong command of Dutch and English
• Spanish and German are a plus
